Private Event Rentals
Non-members and community groups are welcome to rent meeting or workshop space at The Harlem Collective. (Sorry, we do not host parties out of respect to our neighbors.) Contact email@example.com to check availability or ask a question. Ready to book? Complete our application.
Conference Room Rental
Our conference room seats up to 8 people and has a television screen for your laptop as well as a white board. Weekdays, the conference room can be rented for $25/hour. Weekends for $50/hour. A $100 deposit is required.
Our member lounge area includes a large sofa sectional as well as lounge chairs, seating up to 12 people. The lounge can be rented on weekdays after 5PM and any time on Saturday or Sunday. The cost is $75 per hour. A $100 deposit is required.
Our backyard has several picnic tables and seating areas accommodating up to 25 people. The garden can be rented from April 1 through October 31 for $75/hour. A $200 deposit is required.
Event Guidelines & Requirements
All renters must sign our “partner agreement,” make their deposit and pay for their rental at least 24 hours before the event. Important rules to keep in mind before applying include:
All events are monitored by a member of our staff to ensure guest safety and compliance with our rules
All rentals must end by 10 PM, except garden rentals, which must end by 9PM
No parties except in the Garden during warm months
You are responsible for all clean-up, garbage removal and leaving the space as you found it. If the space is not properly cleaned, your deposit will be used to pay for cleaning
All guests must stay in your meeting area; no wandering the Collective
All attendees are required to sign in
