Reserve Conference Room

Our conference room is located in the basement of the building and seats up to 8 people. It includes a large screen TV with cables for connecting your laptop for a presentation. You’ll also find brainstorming supplies (help yourself) and a white-board.

Monthly Members may reserve for up to 2 hours per day.

Day Pass / Week Pass members may reserve for up to 1 hour per day.

Printing

Option 1: Quick Print a PDF

If you only want to make a quick print-out without installing the driver, you can print directly by opening your browser and going to

  1. Ensure you’re on the “collectivespaces” wifi network

  2. Use your web browser to access http://192.168.1.47

  3. Log in using your printer PIN into both fields (usually the same code you use to enter the building; not sure? email help@artifact.co)

  4. On the right side of the screen click the button that says DIRECT PRINT

  5. Under "Specify PDF File" at the top of the screen, attach your PDF file to print

  6. Click "Start Printing" button at top of screen

  7. Document should print within 2 minutes

Day Pass / Week Pass Visitors:

You must purchase a “print pack” in order to use our printer or copier. Once you purchase, call 917-473-3839 to receive your printing DEPT & PIN.


Option 2: Install Driver

If you print often, take 5 minutes to install the driver. Find the driver and instructions here.
