How do I enter and exit?

The glass Café doors in the center of the building are not for co-working members and visitors; that entrance is only for the café.

Our “member entrance” is the grey door on the left side of the building (if you’re facing the building). It has a green “1850” sign on it as well as a Harlem Collective logo.

To open the door, use the “ButterflyMX” intercom system which is mounted to the left of the entrance:

• Monthly Members and Virtual Office Members
  use the ButteflyMX app on their smartphones to swipe themselves in. (Members: you received an invitation by email when you joined; just follow the instructions to login)

• Day Pass / Week Pass Visitors
  You received a “virtual key” by SMS/text message to the phone number you provided when you bought your pass. Open the link in that text message. On the ButterflyMX intercom, press the button that says “Virtual Key” then enter the code you received in the text message. Door will ding and open.

• Visitors
  On the ButterflyMX intercom press DIRECTORY then scroll to the name of the person you’re visiting. Press their name then press “call” to speak to your host through the intercom. They should come outside to meet you.
