Q: When is The Harlem Collective open?

Private Office Members may access our space 24 hours per day, 7 days per week through the Member Entrance, using their ButterflyMX app.
Hot Desk Members and Dedicated Desk Members can access the building through the Member Entrance between 8AM and 10PM, 7 days a week.
Day Pass users can access the building through the café entrance weekdays only between 8AM and 10PM.

Our management office is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM for tours. To schedule a tour, please click here.

Q: Can I receive my mail at The Harlem Collective?

Yes! All monthly members can use our 1850 Amsterdam Avenue address to receive their business mail and packages, which are sorted onto our mail shelf on the ground floor for members to pick up at any time. The mail area is monitored by video surveillance for safety.

Q: Can I host an event at The Harlem Collective?

We are proud to host Member Networking events and community events, but we do not do event space rentals. The Collective is an office space for our members 24x7, so hosting third-party can be distracting to member work

Q: Can I bring my child or pet to The Collective?

Only fully trained, registered service animals that are not disruptive to the work of others are welcome. Please contact help@artifact.co 24 hours before you arrive to complete the service animal compliance review process.

Children who are too young to sit quietly are not allowed in the Collective. We love kids, but kids who run around and shout are disruptive to other members. Then those members complain and no one is happy. Sorry!
